01. Why should I resell your services?
As our reseller, we help you establish and build your own brand name on the Internet, giving you total control over the features, pricing and packaging of all the value-added plans/packages that you can offer your customers. You are able to setup your own Internet business without having to make huge investments in infrastructure / servers. The web hosting market is still extremely profitable.
02. How do I add or delete features on my client's domains?
As our reseller we provide you total control over all your resold accounts. You will be given access to the Reseller Control Panel through which you will be able to add or delete features on any of your client's domains.
03. With my reseller control panel can I create accounts in real time?
Yes you can create accounts in real time via your reseller control panel with no intervention from us.
04. Can I upgrade my reseller plan at any time? What is the price to upgrade?
Yes you can upgrade your reseller account at any time for the difference in the price of plans.
05. How long do you take to set up a Reseller account?
No promises of instant activation here. A reseller account will take about 48 hours to set up. Its all about quality. By the time we create a new reseller account and release it to you, it will have met very strict quality control standards.
06. What are the name servers that my client use?
Both anonymous and private nameservers can be used depending on the option you choose during purchase.
07. Do you offer technical support for my clients?
NO, you must provide direct support to your clients. However if you have a question or issue you need help with you can contact priority support directly and we will be happy to help you.
08. Will you ever contact my clients?
No, at no point will we contact any of your clients. We bill you directly for all services and do not contact your clients at any point.
09. As a reseller am I able to have my own resellers?
With your reseller account only one reseller control panel is included, so unless you decide to give someone else access to your reseller control panel (they would be using the same username and password as you) then only you will have the ability to create hosting accounts.
10. Can I share my reseller account with someone, meaning we would both have the reseller
login and password so we would both be able to create accounts, and we would split the costs?
Yes you could do this. However, you would both need to share the same username and password.
11. To become a reseller what type of technical expertise is required?
Basic knowledge is necessary in the use of HTML and scripting languages, familiarization with FTP/publishing utilities, knowledge of sending/receiving e-mail and administration of POP accounts, ability to register new domain names as well as edit existing domain records for your customers.
