Steps
- In your browsers window, type your domainname/webmail (e.g. yoursite.com/webmail).
- In the prompt window, enter your username and password (your username is your email address e.g. abc@yoursite.com)
- Choose Neomail from the Web Mail Programs.
NeoMail Functions
- Inbox - The default folder containing your received messages.
- Compose - Create and send a new email message.
- Refresh - Refreshes the displayed page. Used to check if new mail has arrived.
- User Preferences - Displays the Preferences page with a variety of options, such as default language, number of messages shown per page and your signature.
- Address Book - Displays your Address Book.
- Folders - Used for adding and deleting folders to organize your email.
- Empty Trash - Empties the Trash folder.
- Logout - Logs you out of NeoMail. You should always logout after using Webmail.
